Returns & Exchanges
For purchases placed after publication of our final-sale policy on October 21, 2026, lip gloss and lip oil are final sale for a change of mind, including unopened and sale-priced items. Earlier orders retain their applicable terms. Please contact Customer Care promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or undelivered products so we can review and provide an appropriate resolution. A preferred three-day reporting period is not an automatic denial deadline; applicable legal rights remain protected. View Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If something isn't right, email us your order number and, when available, photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Where both options are available and appropriate, you may choose a replacement or refund. Replacements depend on availability; we won't charge additional shipping to correct an error caused by Messiah Collection.
